Two cousins,
one restaurant.

Chifoumi is the story of Paul and Maxime Gorlier, two cousins who set down their knives on place des Capucins — the belly of Bordeaux. A neighbourhood restaurant you walk into for a glass, a plate to share or a meal that runs long.

The menu follows the market across the square: seasonal produce, honest cooking, living wines. We cook what we love, no fuss, and serve it the way we would at home. Coffee in the morning, restaurant at noon, bar at night.
